The Blooming Practice started with my own trauma story. Now, I help adolecents and adults who are living with trauma, depression, anxiety, stress and burnout, grief and loss, low self-esteem and self-worth, boundary setting, anger, relationship challenges, abuse, gender-based violence, parenting challenges, and high school difficulties.
